We generally collect personal data only when you reach out to us directly, most often via WhatsApp. This may include:

• The content of your enquiry — for example property type, renovation scope, timeline or budget
• Photos or floor plans of your home that you choose to share with us
• Your email address, if you contact us by email instead

We collect personal data directly from you — when you message us on WhatsApp, by email, or by phone, or when you share details with us in the course of planning or carrying out a project.

This website does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics to track visitors. Like any website, it's served by a hosting provider that automatically logs standard technical information for every visit — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — for security and performance purposes. This is not used to identify individual visitors.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Plan, schedule and carry out interior design or renovation work you've engaged us for
• Keep you updated on the progress of your project
• With your separate consent, feature photos of completed work in our portfolio on this website or on Instagram

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with WhatsApp/Meta, as the platform most enquiries come through (subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy), with subcontractors or suppliers directly involved in delivering your project where necessary, and with our website hosting provider as part of normal website operation.

We don't disclose your personal data to anyone else without your consent, unless required by law.

We only publish photos of a client's home in our portfolio with that client's separate, explicit consent. If you'd like a photo of your project removed from this website, contact us and we'll take it down.

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it's deleted or anonymised.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate personal data, and withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time.
